There needs to be a congruency with the attitudes of the school and that at home. This can help develop community. Discipline and structure are important principles to be developed at school.
 Conflict of not learning in one’s mother tongue. Necessity to appropriate English as one’s own, to modify it in order to contain, carry and express non                                                                   English culture.

Get Education out of school and beck to earth. Encourage and develop embodiment of spirit. Less head/cerebral rational focus, more physical body connection with the natural.
